01 / OUR WORKING DEFINITION

A declaration that asks something of you.

A manifesto is a human-owned declaration of what we believe, the future we choose, and the commitments that will govern how we act.

For us, it connects intention, action, and reality. It starts with where you are, names where you intend to go, and makes the distance between your words and your conduct visible.

What this means for AXIØM

02 / WHAT WE ARE BUILDING

A foundation you can return to.

The intended result is a portable .manifesto: your company's versioned constitution, carrying its beliefs, evidence, commitments, and human approval. The public manifesto is one expression of that record.

Belief is not proof. A chosen future is not a present fact. Beautiful writing must preserve those distinctions.

Manifesto

The conviction, argument, and invitation that make your company unmistakably itself.

Mission

The purpose of your work: whom you serve, what you do, and why it matters.

Vision

The future you choose to build, kept distinct from what is true today.

Core values

The priorities that guide your decisions, especially when keeping them costs something.
